Premium Payments

If you are billed from your insurance company payment should be mailed directly to the company. Please note that payments received in our office may be processed electronically to expedite payment.

Yacht Policies

IMU: Credit Card and ECheck payments are accepted online. An automatic deduction payment plan is also available.

Online Instructions www.onebeacon.com :

• First-time users register with the following information:
o Policy Number
o Personal ID Number printed on their bill
o Access Code printed on their bill
o User’s email address and a password they create
• Returning users log in with their email address and the password they created when they registered.
• Once logged in, user clicks “Pay Your Bill” button; when policy number displays, user clicks “Pay Bill”
button and follows steps outlined on “Pay Your Bill” pages.

Need to Report a Claim?

 When reporting a claim please be prepared to supply the following information:

  • Policy Number
  • Contact Information (name, address, phone number, email)
  • Description of Incident and Current Status
  • Name of any authority contacted (surveyor, police, etc.)

In the event of a injury or property damage incident, you should contact your agent immediately. If you cannot reach your agent, you may notify the company directly.
