Need to Report a Claim?

 When reporting a claim please be prepared to supply the following information:

• Policy Number
• Contact Information (name, address, phone number, email)
• Description of Incident and Current Status
• Name of any authority contacted (surveyor, police, etc.)

In the event of a injury or property damage incident, you should contact our office or your agent immediately. If you cannot reach your agent, you may notify the company directly. Please refer to your policy for claim contact information.
